Recall that in December 2011 the Minister of education and science, youth and sports of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Vitalina Dzoz has initiated a programme for the introduction of chess in the school. More about this is written here.
We managed to shoot a video of this lesson, which we’ve posted after this article.
“Acquaintance with chess country” was a dramatization of part of a lesson that will help students without chess skills to get involved in this game. During the lesson, Natalia showed one of the methods of teaching chess, and the lesson in detail showed how it can be taught chess in schools.
After the lesson discussed the results. Thus was born a new idea, the authors of which were Vitalina Alekseevna and Natalia Yurievna . The essence is this: engaging high school students for spectacular lesson in chess to elementary school. The idea is interesting, right? Thus, in teaching chess will engage students in two age groups. Everybody benefits.
January 17, 2012 will be the scientific Council at the Institute of postgraduate education (KRIPO), which will be submitted for approval to the program of the course on chess for students of the first classes of secondary schools and a manual for teachers of primary classes. Well, let’s hope for the best)))
The leadership of the Ministry of education and science, youth and sports of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea after approval of the academic Council plans to introduce this program to life. In the experiment will take part in one school in each city of the Crimea.
In the near future on the website we will post the program of the course on chess and a manual for teachers, mentioned in this article.
