I was always interested in the most optimum time management, best routine of a sportsmen as I am not the only player practices, but also the coach. My psycho-pedagogical education has given the basis to understand one truth: success in life and in your business depends on a combination of mental and physical development, as well as creativity and psychological support in the family. This principled position makes a person successful. To combine these four aspects need to find time for each of them. The result was found and adapted to the professional players universal mode of the day, adhering to which you can catch everything!
“All in good time,” says the proverb, and it is true. Recommendations for routine athlete is taken from a deep knowledge about the influence of the main consecrated to the sun and moon, which were always guided humanity.
In this article I would like to share with the readers of the daily routine, which adhere to itself. Will let me clarify, the proposed mode of the day the athlete should be followed on the basis of personal characteristics and health status (age), as these factors decide a lot.
For convenience, I recommend to divide the day into 4 parts. This allows better orientation at the target time. 6.00 – 12.00. This time is very effective for mental processes. Usually this part of the day I use to chess training development of intelligence, knowledge. 12.00 – 18.00. Time physical activity. This time of the day, I try to devote to physical training and work. I want to note that success in chess requires not only a good intellectual training, but also a great feeling. Chess is a game at the table. Exercise or take part in outdoor sports is essential. 18.00 – 21.00, 22.00. This time of the day I devote to family, entertainment, recreation and creativity. Not advisable to overload the mind with new information and exercise, the effect will be minimal. 21.00, 22.00 – 6.00. The sleep. The daily routine of an athlete must include restful sleep. From 23.00 to 1.00, during sleep, completely restores brain cells, in other words, “the mind is resting”. This contributes to effective intellectual activity the next day. Maybe for someone it will be opening, but the player can become before to learn to read or write. Of course, for the children’s daily routine includes a number of features, which is dedicated to my article “Tips for parents of young players”. In the right routine athlete’s important every minute.
