Every young coach, starting his training career at the youth Academy, is faced with several challenges. In addition to the difficulties (in the absence of practice) in the organization of the training process, it is necessary to develop filling various coaching documentation. To facilitate the life coach, we decided to write a series of articles devoted to this topic, in which we will try very simply to explain all the nuances of coaching documentation.
What documents must fill out the coach? The answer to this question You will learn in this article.
1.The most important document of a trainer is a Program by sport, by which it will work. Every coach is their own program, and for each year of study, write a separate program. What sport would the program was not enough to withstand a certain structure. More about this we’ll stop in the next article.
2.Calendar-thematic planning is done on the basis of the program of the sport.

5.The plan of educational work involves all kinds of events dedicated to the development of child’s personality. As a coach, not only teaches the sport but also develops the personal qualities of the child. Such conversations and activities influence the formation of personality.

7. Personal file of athletes initially issued by the Secretary, and after crediting the student continues to maintain their coach.
