The paradox in the legislation of Ukraine in relation to the coaching profession.

For anybody not a secret that Ukrainian legislation often paradoxes, one of which has in relation to the coaching profession. We learned it from a conversation with Natalia Yurievna, Deputy Director on educational and sports activities Simferopol chess and checkers sports school, which in the last article was shared with us their difficulties in the calculation of the coaching experience workers.

The conversation was very interesting and informative. Discussing the terms of coaching, we learned about the strange and unexplained normal logic the fact that the List of positions of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 14 June 2000 No. 963, position the trainer is not provided. It begs the paradoxical conclusion that experience as teacher is not taken into account in teaching experience, and hence, the coach is unable to retirement on superannuation after 25 years of work at the office.

This paradox raises many questions. Why coaches and teachers assigned to a separate category of workers, because they teach the sport, as a separate subject, and, as teachers, working with children?! Why write a trainer, if the meaning of the last word is lost and, it turns out, added it to the shop?! Why the head of the sports mug include in the category of teachers, and coaches no, although, in fact, work as the head of the circle, as well as coaches, provides coaching and teaching job?! And the question for starters: in April 2011 the merger of the “sports” with “education”, if between the main workers sports and employees of the education law little in common?
